Memoriam Debbie Pintar

Mrs. Debbie Pintar, PCC staff member, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on August 3, 2024.

She and her husband, Gary, relocated to Pensacola in the summer of 2015 to work at PCC and be near their children and grandchildren.

Debbie’s journey with PCC began in the nursery, where she earned a reputation for her exceptional, loving care of many staff children. For the last several years, she skillfully filled multiple roles in the College Library, recently receiving a well-deserved promotion to Library Supervisor.

Her colleagues remember her gentle spirit, kindness, and meticulous dedication to her work. Quick to volunteer for new tasks and eagerly finding ways to improve processes, Debbie’s support and guidance made her a dependable leader. A champion for the underdog, she was quick to offer a listening ear and godly wisdom. Both her example and her steadfast prayers made an indelible impression on the lives of those around her.

Please be in prayer for her husband, Gary, and children, Ashley, Josh, Christina, Rebekah, and Richard, along with their families. The family will be receiving friends beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, followed by a service at 2 p.m. in the Mullenix Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the PCC Cares Fund. The Cares Fund provides assistance to PCC students with financial needs. Donations may be made in person at the PCC Business Office or online at pcci.edu/about/giving.
