Michael Motz, PCC faculty and Electronics Department employee, went home to be with the Lord on July 19, 2021. He served at Pensacola Christian College for five years and was admired for his intelligence and willingness to share knowledge with students and coworkers.
After graduating from PCC in 2016, Michael joined the Electronics Department where he served in technician and engineer roles. He designed and handled complex engineering for impressive Christmas Lights Celebrations. In addition, he taught PCC math and electrical engineering courses and guided mechanical engineering students who built electric vehicles.
Michael was nearing completion of his doctorate degree. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with his family and friends.
Funeral arrangements were announced through Faith Chapel. There will be a visitation at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, followed by a service at 11 a.m. in the Mullenix Chapel.
