On Wednesday, September 22, former PCC employee Mrs. Mary Louise Middleton went home to be with the Lord. She was known for her caring spirit toward student employees and coworkers and her motivation to improve productivity.
Mrs. Middleton began working in PCC Dining Services in 1986 and continued at Varsity for over 33 years until her retirement in 2019. She was innovative and eager to collaborate on ideas to improve efficiency. Those who worked with her were blessed by her compassion for others and her willingness to share the skills she had mastered. She was admired for her Christian testimony at work and was known as a prayer warrior. The PCC family will greatly miss her. Our prayers are with her children Nusha, Frances, Jamila, Vivian, Lashay, Tempestt, and Joshua.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 7, at 10:30 a.m. at White Lily Baptist Church, 1350 Barth Rd. in Molino. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 6, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. at Christian Family Funeral on 4020 N. Davis Hwy. in Pensacola.
